Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size and carefully read the product descriptions provided under each item before placing your order.

We want you to be happy with your order! Please inspect your items within three (3) days of receiving them. If you receive a damaged item or there’s an issue on our end, contact us immediately at shop@wynluxe.com so we can make it right. Please note: All items listed on our website and social media are the exact products we have in stock. Due to lighting and screen settings, colors may appear brighter online than in person. This is not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange. If a return is approved due to an error on our part, the item must be sent back within seven (7) days of approval.

Shipping

All items ship from the United States. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. If you place an order after business hours, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods (such as sales), or for bestsellers like the Baddie Knee-High Fur Boots and Thigh-High Mongolian Boots.

We primarily use UPS for shipping, but may use USPS when UPS is not available. Delivery times are not guaranteed by carriers. Once shipped, your package will typically be delivered within 2–4 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.
