Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and that returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing all product descriptions prior to purchase.

Exchanges may be approved at the sole discretion of WYN LUXE. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability, a store credit will be issued in lieu of an exchange.

Any merchandise returned without prior written authorization from WYN LUXE will not be refunded and will be converted to store credit at WYN LUXE’s discretion. If a package is returned to sender for any reason, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in addition to the original shipping cost.


Damaged Items & Issues on Our End

We want you to be happy with your order! Please inspect your items within three (7) days of receiving them.

If you receive a damaged item or there’s an issue on our end, contact us immediately at shop@wynluxe.com so we can make it right.

Please note:

  • All items listed on our website and social media are the exact products we have in stock.

  • Due to lighting and screen settings, colors may appear brighter online than in person. This is not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange.

  • If a return is approved due to an error on our part, the item must be sent back within seven (7) days of approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges to customers in US within 7 days of delivery.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.

If you made an error with your shipping address, contact us immediately at shop@wynluxe.com or 513-603-0978.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
