Shipping + Handling

All items ship from the United States. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
If you place an order after business hours, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods (such as sales), or for bestsellers such as our fur boots or influencer promoted items.

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing and preparation before your item ships.

We primarily use UPS for shipping, but may use USPS when UPS is not available.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by carriers.

Once shipped, your package will typically be delivered within 2–4 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.


How to Track My Order?

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
You can click the link to track your package all the way to your doorstep.
You can also track your order using the Shop app.


What If I Haven’t Received My Package?

If you haven’t received your package within 3–4 business days of the delivery date provided, please:

  • Check nearby areas (porch, mailbox, front office, neighbors).

  • If the package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible.

We recommend contacting your local post office or UPS to file a claim.
You can submit a claim directly on the USPS or UPS websites.

Returned Packages: If your package is returned to our facility for any reason using the original label, a $15 return shipment fee will apply.


International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide!
We primarily use UPS Worldwide Expedited, and the delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimated transit time.

  • Customs clearance and international processing delays may impact delivery time.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by their country.

  • Once your package is shipped and in transit with the carrier, it is out of our control—but we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery and support you along the way.
